Ghostbusters 2016 Marshmallow Man Action Figure Review

Mattel released a series of 15cm action figures for the new Ghostbusters 2016 movie. There is only one action figure that catches my attention in the whole line and that is the Marshmallow Man!!!! 

You don't normally get lights in the standard 15cm action figures. 2016 Mattel Marshmallow Man figure has a nice surprise touch. The head and body lighted up in red glow by pressing the red ribbon on his chest, powered by 3 X LR 44 button batteries. 

The figure is all plastic. The head and body are of translucent plastic so that the red light can light up the face and body clearly in dark, giving it a creepy evil red glow. The thick arms and legs are made of white solid plastic, red light won't light up the limbs.

I do find the head is too square-ish to my liking, I think a rounder puffier head would make it cuter. Overall, the figure stands at 15cm tall, wide and has lots of bulk, very light weight. It meets all my expecations at AUD $12, the battery powered red glow is a nice touch. This figure is a must have for ghostbusters fans, brings back a lot of fond nolstagic memories.
