Ronson Pressure Cooker - Korean Styled Chicken Congee - Duk Juk



This weekend I have time to kick back and do some relaxing cooking. This recipe is a delicious Korean styled chicken congee, perfect for wintery weather.

Equipment: Pressure cooker
Ingredients: Spring onions, whole chicken (organic) preferred, red dates x 10 pieces, garlic (few gloves)
Process:
1. Wash chicken, remove skins and trim out fat
2. Wash spring onions, cut to good length
3. Add 1.5 litre of water
4. Add red dates and garlic
5. Cover lid, set timer to 27 minutes and walk away
