I have never used ceremic pans before. I saw this on sale and decided to give it a go, my old pan is dying anyway.
I am not going back to teflon coated pans after using this fantastic ceramic pan.
With very little oil, my food doesn't stick on the pan at all. The surface is white, it's easy to see if the food is starting to burn. It heats up very quickly, much quicker than the standard Teflon pan.
Washing is also very easy. Let it cool down, soak it in water for a little while then run it under water. There isn't any need to scrub it hard.
Forget about Tefal, Circulon pans. They are overpriced and don't last long.
