Ovela Ceramic Knives Set Review

There aren't many reviews about them on the internet.

This set of 4 knives and peelers cost AUD$49.00, shipped free. The price is heavily discounted when compared to one Kyocera ceramic knife, usually cost AUD$70-$100.

The set arrived with a knife stand.

This is good, save them from bumping and scratching against each other.

The build quality isn't bad either. No loose handles, the set does look and feel like a set of good quality product.

When just unboxed, these knives were sharp but not as sharp as shown on TV ads, i.e slicing through paper effortlessly.

After using all knives for a while, I can feel their sharpness deteriorate.

The peeler is especially bad, my $1 Coles Decor peeler does a better job than this. It was such a pain to use, peeling an apple.

I expect them to stay sharp longer than the average supermarket knives. Ovela Ceramic Knives set is a disappointment, I would not recommend this to friends/family.
